According to the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data controller of a register is obligated to inform the register’s data subjects in a clear manner. This statement fulfils this informing obligation.

Personal data are collected from the clients/consumers who buys services provided by Wild Out.
3. Purpose of use of personal data
Personal data are used to provide services by Wild Out. Information are needed to contact person before the experience and after to get review/feedback from the customer about the experience.

5. The data subject’s rights

Right to access data
The data subject may check the data we have recorded.
Right to rectification
The data subject may request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to object
The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if the data subject feels that personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to forbid direct marketing
The data subject has the right to forbid the use of personal data for direct marketing.
Right to deletion
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of data if personal data processing is not necessary. We will handle the request for deletion and proceed to either delete the data or state a justified reason for not being able to delete the data. It should be noted that the controller may have legal or other rights to not delete the requested data. The controller is obligated to preserve accounting materials for the duration (10 years) set out in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). For this reason, materials related to accounting cannot be deleted before that term has expired.
Withdrawing consent
If the processing of personal data is only based on the data subject’s consent and not for instance on a customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw consent. The data subject may complain of the decision to the Data Protection Supervisor. The data subject has the right to demand us to restrict the processing of controversial data until the matter is solved.
Right to complain
The data subject has the right to complain to the Data Protection Supervisor if the data subject feels that we are violating the effective data protection regulation when processing personal data.

6. Regular information sources
Information are gathered from the client before payment during booking. In booking system provided by bokun.io clients need to fill online form which is stored in booking system Bokun. On customers request personal data can be erased from booking system Bokun. In Bokun system remain only information about reservation which are used by system to make reports. After erased non of the personal data are saved in booking system.
7. Regular disclosure of data
Wild Out is cooperating with Ruka.fi to sell products. Ruka-Kuusamo association is reseller of Wild Out products and have also access to customers information to handle cancellations which are made thru Ruka.fi website.

8. Duration of processing
The collected personal data is stored in the booking system, until two weeks after the service has been given. The reason for this, is that Wild Out sends a feedback form to the client, to ask about their experience. Also Wild Out need to have opportunity to contact participants in case of food safety issues. Wild Out is asking for feedback to make sure that the quality of the services stay at a high level. After sending the feedback form the personal information is erased.
9. Personal data processors
Personal data are stored in booking system provided by bokun.io to which access are having representatives of Wild Out (Tomasz Bogacz and Theresa Rauma), Bokun IT support and website technical administrator Minna Kulmala by permmition of Wild Out.
10. Transferring data outside the EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the EU or the EEA.
11. Automatic decision-making and profiling
We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant consequences.
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website, but only if you have accepted cookies. This involves the use of anonymized or pseudonymized data to analyze trends and improve our services. This does not result in any automated decisions about you as an individual.
