Our wilderness lunch offers a chance to dive deeper into the world of wild food through observation, flavours and stories. You get to see the magic of cooking on the fire, hear stories about harvesting wild food and enjoy the flavours of local nature.

Our kitchen combines Finnish traditions with handcrafted specialities from around the world

Our Wilderness Lunch does not have a fixed menu but presents the chefs vision, making the best out of seasonal ingredients. To minimize food waste we carefully plan each experience and support our local suppliers to celebrate the food from our region.

We serve food that takes care of both your body and mind. Feel the benefits of clean food - handpicked wild herbs, berries and mushrooms, home-made fermented products and probiotic wild drinks presented in a carefully crafted three course menu.
